Validity: 14 days from quotation date & price subject to change without prior notice
Delivery: Ex-stock or 2 to 6 weeks max upon receipt of official Purchase Order
Warranty: All hardware carry Manufacturers standard Warranty
M&E: Unless otherwise specified, price quoted excludes Mechanical and Electrical works
Exclusion: Unless otherwise stated, all price listed DO NOT include training, consulting, deployment, installation,
implementation or other services related charges.
Cancellation: Any order cancellation will be imposed a 100% fee from total sales amount. Goods sold is not
returnable.
Passing of Title: Goods shall remain vested with the vendor until full payment has been made.
