Girl Style dance is an interpretive version of the dance that is
more feminine while integrating different gestures into the street dance genre.
Have fun and learn sexier,
more fluid and feminine, energetic movements.
Students learn through grounded movements, body isolation, powerful hits and fluid movements appropriate
for the female body at this introductory stage, all with a subtle sexy twist!

If you’ve never danced or attempted hip-hop
before, this is the course for you.
Without any previous dance experience, this introductory level
Hip-Hop class is available to all adult students.
This basic class focuses on the growth of technical skills, the
ability to freestyle and to learn the fundamentals of Hip-Hop choreography.
To enhance their teamwork, musicality
and groove, students will be challenged.
In a particular technique, this class integrates basic
dance vocabulary, placement and movement, which in turn, prepares
